by installation, customer training and application support.main customers are Quality

control counsile, research institutes, government labs, private industries, Dubai police

forensic etc..

Job responsibilities including, coordinating and executing Maintenace contracts and installation works with the team. Commissioning new instruments with excellent service support, application support. Performing Customer training at various customer locations in the GCC
Also keeping excellent documentation for tracking, initiating routine checkups and maintaining good relation with customer

Major Project worked

 Executing complete Laboratory equipment’s Annual maintenance contact with Abu Dhabi QCC
 Performing Calibration and routine maintenance for Instruments from University of Sharjah, Sharjah Municipality Dubai Central Laboratory, ADNOC DUCAB, Emirates Steel, EGA etc.
 Executing Annual Maintenance contract for instrument PPM with Khalifa University, Masdar and petroleum institutes
 Done Installation and commission of complete education labs for Dewa, Emirates nuclear plant, Higher Collages of technologies and Amity University
